Reservations
We require a signed "Reference and Reservation
Form" to hold your reservation. It must be
accompanied by:
-a $150 refundable cleaning and damage deposit, and
-50% of your total rental fee
Receipt of this form and funds will guarantee your
reservation.
The balance (50%) is due on arrival.
