Description "The Spot" is located on 4½ acres with over 350 feet of lakeshore. The property is shared by twelve other owners and features a very private setting with flat meticulously groomed lawns, a shared dock for temporary mooring, and clean beach. The cottage rental is located in the corner of the property on the waterfront (approx 15 feet from the beach).
